Star Colonel Filip Mattlov was the aide to the Clan Jade Falcon's Khan Malvina Hazen, in her role as leader of Raptor Keshik, and Bloodnamed warrior of the Mattlov Bloodhouse as of 3145.[1][2]

As the effective commander of Raptor Keshik, under Khan Hazen, Mattlov and the Keshik were based on Sudeten as of 3145.[1][2]
