MechWarrior Francis Millay was a member of the Recon Lance, 14th Company, 3rd Striker Battalion, 21st Striker Regiment of the Eridani Light Horse from at least 3025 to 3029.[1]

During the Fourth Succession War on 12 January 3029, Millay participated in the Eridani Light Horse's ambush of Warrior House Hiritsu with his unit, on the Federated Suns world of Kawich. Millay's 'Mech was damaged during this conflict, forcing him to eject, and be rescued by fellow 14th Company MechWarrior Edward MacCormac.[2]
