An apparent glitch in the AFFS garrison rotation left Xhosa VII with only the Xhosa Draconis March Militia as a force defending the planet. When the First Sword of Light attacked in 16 of September 3068, General George Stoner surrendered to spare the people the coming carnage.[1]
