History[edit]
MechWarrior Haddie was a warrior who had failed to pass on her genes to future generations. At forty-eight years of age, she was considered too old to continue as a MechWarrior and feared her imminent relegation to a Solahma unit. Terrified of the idea of withering away with her genes forgotten, Haddie's last chance to find meaning in life would be to achieve a glorious death in battle. If she could do this while earning a spectacular victory, her genes might also be passed on posthumously. Only caring about the means of her death, Haddie strove for every battle to be her last.[1]
