Prefect Hadrian Pong was the Prefect of St. Ives, in the Capellan Prefectorate, as of 2512.[1]
History[edit]
A member of the House of Scions, and thus Capellan nobility, Pong was the St. Ives Commonality's representative on the Prefectorate as of 2512. He was known to have stated, in relation to the Prefectorate, that "The Chancellor may rule, but we govern".[1]
