Hardwick Meissner was Lyran Commonwealth citizen from Ludwigshafen who was judged for the assassination of ComStar Adept Francisco Correia in 3070. [1]

The death of his eldest son Jeremy, who served in the Sixth Donegal Guards, during the Clan Jade Falcon assault on Kikuyu in 3064, followed by death of his other son Tobias, a Corporal with the 36th Lyran Guards, on Hesperus II in 3065 had already left him changed as confirmed by his sister-in-law Georgetta Puglia and his neighbor Emilie Fields during the trial. But when Adept Correia came to his home in 3070 to tell his about the death of his last son Michael during the Word of Blake attack on Donegal.
So during a public anti-ComStar demonstration in front of the HPG on Munich where Adept Correa worked, and shot him a point-blank burst from a Needler Pistol, which shredded his heart and lungs.[1]
