Sho-ko Harrison Kao was an officer of the Ryuken-go under Tai-sho Tori Ishihara. While the Ryuken-go worked alongside Wolf’s Dragoons in conquering the Draconis Reach, Kao used his background as a veteran investigator and rumored Internal Security Force informant to help Ishihara identify and execute Ryuken-go dissidents who attempted to sabotage the Dragoons’ reputation.
