Hisa Stavros was the commanding officer of the Tenth Lyran Guards Infantry Brigade as of 3062.[2]

Major General Stavros, serving with the Tenth Lyran Guards, was stationed on Robinson in 3062.[2] Following the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, now-Leutnant-General Stavros remained with the Tenth Lyran and was stationed on New Avalon by 3067.[1]
