Hohiro Fulton was a member of the Fulton MechWarrior family of Kervil in the late thirty-first century.[1]

The Fulton family, including Hohiro, resisted the demands of the Republic of the Sphere under the Military Materiel Redemption Program, to hand over their privately owned BattleMechs sometime during the period between 3082 and 3085.
Despite attempts by Paladin David McKinnon to reach a peaceful solution, the Fulton's launched an attack on the Republic representatives on Kervil, using their lance of older model 'Mechs. They were however defeated single-handedly by Paladin McKinnon, his AS7-K2 Atlas destroying all four 'Mechs, including Hohiro's in a final one-on-one duel.[1]

Fulton was known to pilot a Succession Wars era Awesome BattleMech.[1]
