Colonel Cohen, serving with the Fourteenth Donegal Guards, was stationed on Barcelona in 3062.[1] Following the Federated Commonwealth Civil War and Jade Falcon Incursion, Cohen remained with the Fourteenth Donegal and was stationed on Melissia by 3067.[2]
