Jack Burton was a reputed MechWarrior in Solaris VII.[1]
History[edit]
He was a rising star in the 3137 games, earning a twenty-second place slot in the open class with his Night Stalker.
The way he fought allowed him to raise several sponsors by 3138, all seeming to point to greater heights. During a grudge match against gladiator Teodor Wodislawcz, he started well, until Wodislawcz was able to catch Barton's lance with his Centurion's fist and then brake it. Without signature weapon, Barton lost focus and was quickly defeated.
After that lost match, his sponsors abandoned him.[1]
His career stalled, never to be famous again.[citation needed]
