Jack Koslow was the commanding officer of the Second Kavalleri Infantry of the Second Kavalleri as of 3062.[1]

Overste Koslow, serving with the Second Kavalleri, was stationed on Karbala in 3062.[1] By 3067, Koslow remained with the Second Kavalleri on Karbala.[2] Koslow's attempts to acquire Kage Battle Armor from the Draconis Combine were ended by the outbreak of the First Combine-Dominion War but he later brokered a deal between the Free Rasalhague Republic, ComStar, and Second Star League Defense Force for the creation of a new armor design. While the project's details were sketchy and field tests were ongoing, the new light battle armor was expected to enter service in early 3069.[3]
