Bryson conducted a broadcast interview for INN, from Terra on 14 November 3078, with three Stone's Coalition soldiers who were scheduled to assist with the liberation of Mars from the Word of Blake. The three soldiers, Captain Nicholas Fairbanks, Sergeant Howard Crawford and Corporal Jaramir Langer, talked about their focus on achieving success in the coming fighting despite the expected dangers.
On 17 November 3078, Bryson travelled on the DropShip Dulles Van Buren with General Andrew Redburn, and reported on Redburn's briefing of his senior officers before his assault on Mars. During the briefing, Redburn outlined his assault plan, focusing on an aggressive combat drop near his primary target of Koryo.[1]
