Jill O'Brien was the commanding officer of the Sixth Legionnaires Aerospace Wing of the Sixth Free Worlds Legionnaires as of 3059.[1]

Commodore O'Brien, serving with the Sixth Free Worlds Legionnaires' aerospace wing, was stationed on Denebola in 3059. During this time, she repeatedly argued with Colonel Garton Peck over control of the unit's aerospace resources, believing that her unit should be at the disposal of the entire Sixth Legionnaires and not solely the 'Mech regiment.[1] After the Sixth's internal war and rotation to Oliver in 3067, Commodore O'Brien still commanded the aerospace wing.[2]
