Colonel Leticia Dudley was the commander of the First Conroe Training Battalion, with the Federated Suns, as of 3145.[1]

Dudley worked a number of small miracles to keep her training command from being destroyed, during the Draconis Combine's advance into the Federated Suns, following the Palmyra Disaster. Commandeering a civilian DropShip, the First Conroe Training Battalion retreated via Cimeron, Colia and Fallon II ahead of the Combine advanced, before receiving orders to hold position on Parma. Awaiting an attack from the Combine on Parma as of 3145, it was unknown if Dudley's luck would continue to hold.[2].[1]
