Sho-ko Lillyana Kato was a Battle armor infantry commander, who served in the Ninth Sword of Light's 54th Recon, during the Word of Blake Jihad.[1]
History[edit]
A second-generation member of the Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery, Lillyana commanded an infantry platoon within the Ninth Sword of Light's 54th Recon infantry unit, during the Jihad. Part of the Combine forces garrisoning Sabik after its capture from the Word of Blake in 3077, Lillyana was killed in the fighting which continued after its formal liberation.
In honor of Lillyana's sacrifice, her granddaughter Hiroshi Granger later assumed her surname Kato, and swore to live up to her legacy in service to the Dragon.[1]
