Teng was in a romantic relationship with Major General Park Su Li, the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 85th Mechanized Infantry Division, as of 2764. Apparently a civilian, and 30 years younger than Park, it was suspected by Star League Intelligence Command that Ling Teng was an agent of the Capellan Confederation or other party seeking to comprise the General.[1]
