Lost in the Woods

Lost in the Woods was a large oil painting, created and exhibited by an unknown artist in the Lyran Commonwealth, in 2578.[1]

Overview[edit]

Lost in the Woods was an oil painting on a large canvas, which in dark hues showed a small and scared child in a midnight forest, surrounded by five monstrous wolves. As reported in Tharkan Art News in October 2578, when shown as part of the Kently Exhibition, its critical reception was both enthusiastic and controversial. Some interpreted the isolated child as looking like then First Lord Richard Cameron, and the five wolves as the Great Houses, as the largest wolf wore a chain with what looked like a Steiner Fist device hanging from it.[1]
