Lucius Radovan was the commanding officer of the 297th Tamar Cavalry Regiment of the Third Lyran Regulars as of 3062.[1]

Kommandant Radovan, serving with the Third Lyran Regulars, was stationed on Pitkin in 3062.[1] Following the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Radovan remained with the Third Regulars and was stationed on Woodbine by 3067.[2]
