Lucky Penny was a Lyran Alliance Sturmvogel used in the resistance against the Word of Blake occupation of Tharkad.[1]

Lucky Penny, serial number ND-07-044-1Ps, was part of a company-sized coast guard unit in the Tatyana Islands of Tharkad when the Blakists invaded. It participated extensively in combat, doing heavy damage to Blakist shipping in particular. By early 3072, it still fought, the only remnant of its company. The entire company was made honorary members of the Royal Guards, largely posthumously, by Adam Steiner after the planet's liberation.[1]
