Maire Lowe was the commanding officer of the Second Battalion of the Second Regulan Hussars as of 3059.[1]

Force Commander Lowe, serving with the Second Regulan Hussars, was stationed on Goth Khakar in 3059. Leader of the Second Regulan's primary assault force, the Green Monster Assault Battalion, Lowe was a savvy officer and the de-facto leader of opposition to the non-Regulan Colonel Oskar Hausen. It was considered very likely that Lowe would invoke the Second Regulan's challenge-by-combat tradition to replace Hausen as commander of the unit at some point in the immediate future.[1]
