Military Information: Year 2895 was a written work, published by Commonwealth Military Press, in 2896.[1]

This work included a transcript of a conversation by a Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery BattleMech officer, expressing dismay that his unit had been assigned to participate in an invasion of of Lyran Commonwealth world of Skye. The recording, initially obtained by the Internal Security Force, was captured by the Lyran Commonwealth from the body of a dead ISF officer in 2895.[1]
