Colonel Reffo, serving with the Thirty-sixth Lyran Guards, was stationed on Hesperus II in 3062.[1] Following the Federated Commonwealth Civil War and Free Skye Revolt, Reffo remained with the Thirty-sixth Lyran on Hesperus II by 3067.[2]
