Nyen Chen was the commanding officer of the Second Fusiliers Aerospace Wing (The Bug Blasters) of the Second Fusiliers of Oriente as of 3059. [1]

History[edit]

Commodore Chen, serving with the Second Fusiliers of Oriente's aerospace unit, was stationed on Maxwell in 3059 and remained there by 3067.[1][2]
