This work, a record of the Estates General proceedings during 2591, recorded a speech by Speaker of the Assembly Graf Henry Gram. In it, Gram attacked the Star League, in aid of his conspiracy against Archon Viola Steiner, which included the kidnap of her son Kevin Steiner-Dinesen and ended in Gram's death.
