Commodore Oliver Lacey was the commanding officer of the Second Legionnaires Aerospace Wing—also known as Lacey's Angels—of the Second Free Worlds Legionnaires as of 3059.[1]

Commodore Lacey, serving with the Second Free Worlds Legionnaires, was stationed on Sadurni in 3059.[1] When the Second Legionnaires Aerospace Wing was analyzed in 3067, Lacey was still commanding the unit on Sadurni.[2]
