History[edit]
Oliver Two Horse rose through the ranks, starting as a humble LoaderMech pilot before unseating Tetsuo Konawa as a champion. He was defeated two years later and that seemed to end his career, but he was not finished. Without stable backing, he staked his fortune on a new 'Mech and returned in 2840, retaking his title in a furious battle. He died in 2841, in combat, and this enhanced his legend. It took nearly 200 years for another fighter—Jason Bloch—to serve as a nonconsecutive champion.[1]
