Major General Persephone Davion was the commander of the Second Albion Training Cadre, with the Federated Suns, as of 3145.[1]

Davion, with the Second Albion Training Cadre, was based on Cerulean as of 3145.[1] At that time, the Cadre was staffed with fresh cadets, leaving Major General Davion rushing to run them through training exercises before that had to face real combat with the invading Draconis Combine.[2]
