Philip Mercer was an infantry cadet in Emporia's Ritza Academy. He was killed during the Seventh Ghost's disastrous 3150 invasion of Emporia.[1]
History[edit]
During the invasion of Emporia, in the early hours of 18 April 3150, soldiers of the Seventh Ghost attempted to raid the Vengalil estate, then in use by the remnants of Ritza Academy. Mercer rang the alarm, and was the sole Emporian killed in the ensuing fight.[1]
