The Red Willows Free Guild was one of the Free Guilds operating in the Clan Homeworlds.

The Red Willows resources are unknown, but they appear to have their own DropShips and JumpShips and operate only in the Clan Homeworlds space.[1]
History[edit]
The first known Red Willows Guildmaster was a mysterious man known as Zorian. He was friend of another merchant of Clan Wolf, Jarlath. When the latter was murdered, Zorian assisted his protégée, a former Elemental named Satinka, to escape. Later, he revealed to her that the Red Willows was the legal front of the Snezhnyye Siroty, or Shadow Knives, one of the most feared Dark Caste groups, and that he was their leader, the Zimniy Korol, or Winter King, taking Satinka as his protégée. About 3065, Zorian died, and she replaced him both as Red Willows Guildmaster and Dark Caste leader, as the Winter Lady[1]
Eventually, the Ebon Keshik warrior Kyne suspected of the Red Willows prosperity, even in the chaos of the Wars of Reaving, as they grow continually: they suffered dozens of losses in the conflict on Katyusha City, but soon after made huge benefits and even bought out and absorbed two smaller Free Guilds. One was the Gray Lotus Free Guild.[2]
When Kyne uncovered proof of Satinka's real identity, the Katyusha Keshik and Ebon Keshik forces attacked the Winter Lady hideout, she escaped, and took all her guild to ground, probably hiding them among other Free Guilds.[3] Later, Satinka, in collaboration with her sibkin Garmen Kerensky, abandoned the Clan Homeworlds, probably taking a part of her guild, to migrate at the Inner Sphere. Another unknown part remained behind, under the command of Balbas, her successor.[4]
