Operation REVIVAL[edit]
Generalmajor Rhodes was in command of remnants of the Third Freemen who had fled from Rasalhague in 3050. Once in command of the defense of Kandis, Rhodes put the lessons learned from the fighting on Rasalhague to good use. He dispersed the Third Freeman, as well as the Kandis Militia, across the continent of Cess with orders to conduct hit and run raids against any Clan invading forces. When Clan Wolf forces invaded, Rhodes' tactics worked to stall the invaders. Unfortunately, the Clan Wolf commander, Khan Garth Radick recognized what Rhodes was trying to accomplish and changed his strategy to focus on capturing the charismatic leader of the Rasalhague defenders. When Clan Wolf forces succeeded in capturing Rhodes, resistance to invaders collapsed.
