Efler was, as of 3025, posing as an artist from New Earth in the Lyran Royal Court. Presumed by ComStar to be tasked with identifying influential Lyran individuals opposed to the FedCom Accords, it was not known if his orders included taking any active measures against such opposition figures.[1]
