Kaptain Fargo, serving with the Seventeenth Arcturan Guards, was stationed on Solaris in 3062.[1] Following the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Fargo remained with the Seventeenth Arcturans and was stationed on Small World by 3067.[2]
