Robert Ritcher was a Capellan Ambassador during the reign of Chancellor Mica Liao.[1]

Ritcher objected to the signing of the peace treaty in 2531 which ended the Second Andurien War, by Mica Liao, on the basis it represented a loss of national honor.[1]
