Rui Costa was the commanding officer of the Sixty-seventh Independent Infantry Brigade of the Steel Guard as of 3059. [1]

History[edit]

Colonel Costa, serving with the Steel Guard's infantry, was stationed on Asuncion in 3059 and moved with the rest of the unit to Zosma by 3067.[1][2]
