Colonel Sean Ryan-Teng was the commander of the Tikonov Military District, with the Capellan Confederation, as of 3025.[1]

Born on Tikonov, in 2970, Teng came from a long line of military commanders. Beginning his career in the closing years of the Third Succession War, he was an able MechWarrior, who quickly rose through the ranks of the Capellan Confederation Armed Forces based on successes against Federated Suns forces in the Capellan March. Rising to command of the Tikonov Military District as a reward for supporting Chancellor Maximilian Liao's rise to power in 2990, as a senior commander was not the master strategist he viewed himself as, but was a proven if conservative military leader. Brave under fire in combat, while he could be prone to procrastination ordinarily, under pressure he could act surprisingly quickly.[1]
In the 3030s Teng reputed lead a hunting party, which "accidently" shot Ivan Maladev, the designer of the Capellan Po heavy tank and lover of Romano Liao.[2]
Awards[edit]
Teng was a recipient of the Liao Sunburst of Gallantry in 2998 and the Grand Cordon of Merit in 3003. As of 3025, he had also received two citations, for wounds received while under fire.[1]
