Shannon Sarksyan was the commanding officer of the Alcyone Capellan March Militia's Infantry Brigade as of 3062.[1]

Leftenant General Sarksyan, serving with the Alcyone CMM, was stationed on Alcyone in 3062.[1] During the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Sarksyan lead the CMM's defense of Hagarstown against Victor Steiner-Davion's supporters in the Fifth Davion Guards and managed to do significant damage to the hostile unit while retaining partial control of the area. Unfortunately, the arrival of both the Twentieth Avalon Hussars and Third NAIS Cadet Cadre forced Sarksyan to raze the logistics center in order to cover her surviving forces' retreat into Alcyone's countryside. While Sarksyan's fate is not recorded, by 28 May 3063 the last of the Alcyone CMM was defeated by the overwhelming forces pitted against them, destroying the unit and giving Alcyone's logistics network to Victor.[2]
