Leutnant Silas McCorkell was a MechWarrior, and member of the Twenty-fifth Skye Rangers, as of 2591.[1]

McCorkell was on sentry duty with the Twenty-fifth Skye Rangers on Barcelona in July 2591, when they were attacked by Archon Viola Steiner-Dinesen in her Warhammer, as part of the Day of Rage revenge assault. A survivor of the Archon's misplaced fury at the Dukes of Skye and Tamar, McCorkell was in May 2593 interviewed by the Skye Broadcasting Network as part of their The Commonwealth: Do We Stay? special, during which he expressed understanding but not forgiveness for the deaths caused by the Archon.[1]

McCorkell was known to have piloted a Wasp BattleMech.[1]
