Colonel Simpson Pollock was an officer with the Wolf's Dragoons.

Simpson Pollock was promoted to the commander of Wolf's Dragoons Zeta Battalion in 3016 after the death of Mary Terrell on Dixie.[1][2]
Colonel Pollock had an impressive performance as Zeta's commander, despite a relatively short tenure. He was killed on Hesperus II in 3019.[1] His name was inscribed in the Dragoons Remembrance and he became the founder of the Pollock (Honorname).[3]
