Star Commander Skeer was a Clan Wolf Elemental during Operation REVIVAL.[1]

Prior to the Battle of Tukayyid, Skeer served in the Twelfth Elemental Star of Trinary Twelfth Garrison within the Gurbeng Garrison Cluster under Star Colonel Jersano.[1]
Skeer was wounded during the fighting on Tukayyid.[1]
