The discovery of the [[Gray Death Memory Core]] gave the ''Dragon Fire'' a new lease on life and the 'Mech first saw production in late [[3058]]. The ''Dragon Fire'' carries an impressive arsenal of weapons that is made possible through the use of a Pitban 300 [[XL Engine]] that weighs half as much as a standard engine and still provides the ''Dragon Fire'' with a top speed of 64.8 km/h. The ''Dragon Fire'' carries an impressive fourteen and a half tons of ArcShield Maxi II armor. It also has [[CASE]] to protect the 'Mech from excessive damage from an ammunition explosion, though that will not stop the 'Mech from shutting down. Finally, to disrupt enemy electronic warfare equipment, the ''Dragon Fire'' has a Guardian [[ECM Suite]].<ref name=TRO:3058U/> ==Weapons and Equipment== The primary weapon on the ''Dragon Fire'' is a [[Zeus Slingshot]] [[Gauss Rifle]] that provides excellent long range firepower. This is backed up by a [[Mydron Excel]] [[LB-X Autocannon/10]], which is capable of firing both standard and cluster ammunition, making the ''Dragon Fire'' a capable vehicle hunter and anti-aircraft 'Mech.
