Major General Starla Halleck was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's XIX Corps from 2754 to at least 2764.[1]
History[edit]
A native of the Lyran Commonwealth, Halleck was a graduate of the Command and General Staff College at Fort Forlough, but had a skill set focused more on diplomacy than military strategy. These diplomatic capabilities were however the basis for her appointed to lead XIX Corps in 2754, with the task of improving relations with the Federation of Oriente, after SLDF command relieved her predecessor for poor performance.
When not dealing with diplomatic efforts, Halleck's time was mostly spent visiting her various units, with the goal of keeping morale high.[1]
