Stephanie Hoover was an officer of the Federated Suns.

Siege of New Avalon[edit]
In November 3071 Hoover would be killed in the opening bombardment by Blakist forces in their assault on Avalon City. At the time of her death she was serving as the "G2" to the AFFS General Staff.[1]
