Star Colonel Susannah Hawker was the commander of Clan Hell's Horses's Eleventh Mechanized Cavalry Cluster, and Bloodnamed warrior of the Hawker Bloodhouse, from at least 3145 to 3150.[1][2]

Hawker, with the Eleventh Mechanized Cavalry Cluster, was based on Chateau as of 3145.[1] In around December 3150 Hawker was ordered to take the Eleventh to Butte Hold, which saKhan Fulk Lassenerra believed was the base of operations for incursions by the New Oberon Confederation into the Republic of the Barrens. Quickly taking the capital of Raider's Roost without any opposition, Hawker however did not find any Oberon Confederation forces, whose authority had apparently not been felt on the world for many generations.
Searching the Throline Desert in case they had been operating outside of the established cities, Hawker did not find any pirates, but did locate Joshua Snord together with elements of the Snord's Irregulars at a deep-desert dig site. As the mercenaries refused to explain their presence, and Hawker was keen for the battle the Oberon Confederation's absence had denied her, the Eleventh's attacked the Irregulars. Joshua's Company was however able to hold off the Horses for long enough to allow his support staff to evacuate key equipment, after which the Irregulars withdrew off world.[2]
