He retired in 3116. Per the page, he was CO of first Beta Regiment then the Rangers from 3050 (or possibly 3054).
However, per Field Manual Mercenaries Revised, "Colonel Miller al-Nahib has commanded Beta since before the Fourth Succession War.": for the sake of argument, 'just' before places that at 3028. With the best will in the world, that puts him born somewhere in the 00's.
Kind of assuming this is a slip up on the part of later authors who missed that line? or did he really retire at close to 110 years old? His daughter (Della al-Nahib) isn;'t exactly a spring chicken either, although there's no lore for her past 3147.
