History[edit]
On 21 December 3077, Chow received information from an anonymous Ministry of Information official on Benjamin, regarding a Black Dragon Society uprising on Qandahar which seized petroleum plants and production facilities. Chow reported this information on a late night news broadcast anchored by newsreader Sako Osaka, including the suggestion Draconis Combine authorities did not yet know how to respond to these events. This broadcast was however later suppressed by Combine officials.[1]
