Timothy Shanter was solider who served in the Capellan Confederation Armed Forces in the late twenty-fourth century and early twenty-fifth century.[1]
History[edit]
Shanter was serving in the CCAF as of 2399, when his unit was inspected by Chancellor Aleisha Liao, shortly after her inauguration. He later recounted this encounter in his autobiography, Ten Years A Solider, which was published by Red Sash Printer in 2412.[1]
