Point Commander Victor was a Clan Jade Falcon Elemental during Operation REVIVAL.[1]
History[edit]
Prior to the Battle of Tukayyid, Victor served in Trinary Delta of the Fourth Falcon Talon Cluster within Clan Jade Falcon's Vau Galaxy under Galaxy Commander Angeline Mattlov.[1]
Victor was wounded during the fighting on Tukayyid.[1]
