Warren Briscoe was the commanding officer of the Tancredi IV Operational Area of the Draconis March as of 3085.[1]

General Briscoe, serving under Marshal Kristi Johnson, was executive officer of the Le Blanc PDZ in 3067.[2] After the Jihad, Briscoe was promoted to field marshal and given command of the Tancredi IV Operational Area by 3085.[1]
