William Bailing was the commanding officer of The Wild Bunch III-rho of ComStar's 312th Division as of 3062.[1]

Demi-Precentor III Bailing, serving with the 312th Division, was headquartered on A Place in 3062.[1] Considered to be a competent commander, Bailing continually drilled the men and women of the Wild Bunch for combat against Clan Jade Falcon.[2]
BattleMechs[edit]
Demi-Precentor Bailing piloted a Black Knight BattleMech named Stetson, which was painted a unique off-white with brown camouflage streaks.[2]
